These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BizChat platform operated by Originfuture Tech Private Limited at bizzchat.tech. Please also review our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion Instructions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BizChat, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BizChat is a multi-channel business messaging platform that enables businesses to manage conversations across WhatsApp Business API, Instagram DM, and Facebook Messenger from a unified inbox. The Service includes features such as campaign management, chatbot building, workflow automation, e-commerce, analytics, and third-party integrations.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Each organization workspace is isolated and data is not shared between organizations.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or violate any applicable laws
• Violate Meta's Platform Terms, WhatsApp Business Policy, or Instagram Platform Policy
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or accounts
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service to transmit harmful, threatening, or abusive content

5. Meta Platform Compliance

BizChat integrates with Meta Platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger) through their official APIs. By using these integrations, you agree to comply with Meta's policies including but not limited to:

• Facebook Messenger Platform Policy

6. Subscription & Billing

Paid features are available through subscription plans. Billing is monthly or annual. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by BizChat and is protected by intellectual property laws. Your data remains yours — we do not claim ownership of any content you create or upload.

8. Limitation of Liability

BizChat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications to the Service that may temporarily affect availability. Messaging delivery is subject to Meta's API availability and rate limits.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Data Deletion and retention policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
