Can I try BizzChat before purchasing?
Yes. BizzChat is in early access — get in touch and we'll set up a workspace with your channels connected so you can evaluate it on real conversations. Pricing is agreed with you before you go live.
What channels are supported?
BizzChat supports WhatsApp Business API, Instagram DM, and Facebook Messenger — all through Meta's official Graph API for reliable, compliant messaging.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Packaging stays flexible during early access — tell us what changed about your team or channel mix and we'll adjust it with you.
Do I need a Meta Business account?
Yes, to connect WhatsApp, Instagram, or Messenger channels, you'll need a Meta Business Suite account. We guide you through the setup process.
Is there a limit on messages?
BizzChat doesn't limit the number of messages you can send or receive. However, WhatsApp Business API has its own conversation-based pricing from Meta.
How secure is my data?
Very secure. We use JWT authentication, role-based access control, SHA-256 hashed API keys, and all data is isolated per organization in our multi-tenant architecture.
